Nhavigad (Rantangad) Fort
Selbari range, Baglan, Nashik district
If you are looking for a hard pinnacle climb in the Selbari range, Nhavigad, also called Rantangad, is a great choice. The narrow summit in Nashik district's Baglan country is reached past a ruined entrance and surviving steps, with a temple and several water tanks along the way. The final apex is nearly vertical and needs confident natural climbing, so this one is for experienced trekkers only. About 30 minutes covers the summit itself. Manmad Junction is the railhead, and October to February is the season.
